Sometimes, Google Sheets can have small bugs. If it does not open, or if it opens in a view only mode try the following:
In the top toolbar, click “File” → “Make a copy”.
By doing this, you’ll create a copy of the template, that will provide you with full access. If that does’t work, try the troubleshooting steps below:

• Open the template on a desktop or laptop
• Check that your Google Drive has enough storage space
• Try a different browser
• Ensure you’re signed into Google Sheets

We recommend starting your template setup on a computer or laptop for the best editing experience, as mobile devices have slightly limited editing options. Once you’ve customized your template, feel free to access and use it on your phone or tablet. For the best mobile experience, we suggest downloading the Google Sheets app, available for both iOS and Android.

Our templates are specifically designed for Google Sheets and are not compatible with Excel or any other platforms. Google Sheets includes unique features and formatting that Excel does not support, which may lead to broken formulas and functions to fail.

Unfortunately, we do not offer editing services or any customisations of any type for digital files. Feel free to edit and customize the template however you like!
